Elevate your recovery with our private Recovery Room suites, conveniently located within our physical therapy practice. Featuring infrared saunas and red light therapy, this experience is ideal for pre- or post-workout use to reduce muscle soreness, support healing, and enhance overall performance.

What should I wear or bring?

We recommend bringing a towel (or you can rent one from us for $5) and a water bottle to stay hydrated. Dress in comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and sweat freely.
